Penguin Crew: the most famous Status Quo fans. Some members have seen Status Quo several hundred times live on stage. The name has its origin on the penguin of the "Whatever you want" album cover. On the videos "Rock 'til drop" and especially on the "Rock til you drop documentary" you can see an interview and many more with them.
PYE: that's the name of the record company were the Spectres signed their first recording contract on PYE's label Piccadilly Records on July 18, 1966 who was to last until 1971. From 1967 onwards their records were released on the PYE label.
